Auckland, New Zealand – Tait Systems New Zealand has brought together teams from Auckland and Christchurch as part of a renewed focus on accelerating the delivery of the Public Safety Network's new Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Network, reinforcing the company's commitment to supporting New Zealand's emergency services with reliable, mission-critical communications.

The collaborative sessions centred on strengthening alignment across teams, sharing knowledge and expertise, and identifying opportunities to enhance programme delivery. Through open discussions and cross-functional engagement, employees explored new ways to improve collaboration, challenge existing approaches, and deliver greater value for customers and frontline responders.
