Steve Hwang based in Seoul was also involved in the South Korea’s Safe Net Forum and the implementation and roll-out of the country’s nationwide mission critical Broadband network. Jonathan Brine is a 30 year veteran of the Australian Telecommunications Industry based in Sydney , and has worked across all disciplines in the industry from designing , building and operating all technologies across his career. This has included in the carrier world, commercial infrastructure organisations , consulting and also working for NSW Government. He currently is responsible for Government & Cities Business Development segment in Nokia for Oceania and is also the lead executive for Public Safety Mobile Broadband initiative for Nokia in Australia.
